Travel, Lodging and Meals

Travel

Transportation:

The conference will take place at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU), located in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Please note that there is no public transportation between EMU and the nearest airports or train stations. To get to EMU from an airport, you will need to hire a taxi, rent a car or make use of our local shuttle service (Valley Connector). Please use one of these airports: Washington Dulles-IAD (120 miles from EMU); Charlottesville-CHO (50 miles from EMU); or Staunton—SHD (18 miles from EMU). The conference will help to coordinate transportation between the airports and the EMU campus by offering several shuttles per day, based on attendees’ flight arrival times.
