In compiling this handbook, we have solicited information from administrators and faculty to identify frequently-asked questions from parents.

We hope that these questions and answers will assist you as an EMU parent.

The Parents Council functions to serve the parents and the university in making EMU an enriching experience for both parents and students.

The council provides opportunity for parents to counsel and advise the university on academic, social, religious and financial issues. It creates a support group for parents and cultivates communication between parents and faculty/staff.

We welcome your encouragement and involvement in the program and development of EMU as it provides for the ongoing education of your son or daughter.
