Dr. Ray Motsi has been president of the Theological College of Zimbabwe (TCZ) since 2010. TCZ is a multi-cultural, interdenominational, evangelical school located in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Prior to this position, Dr. Motsi pastored the Bulawayo Baptist Church from 1990-2010 as well as serving as adjunct lecturer in Practical Theology at TCZ. In 2002, he founded and is the current director of “Grace to Heal,” a faith-based organization focusing on community peacemaking and conflict transformation in Zimbabwe. Dr. Motsi works closely with the Brethren in Christ churches in Southern Africa and is active in MCC-related activities, such as training local church leaders across the region in the area of peace and conflict resolution.
