Jenzabar EX Implementation Kickoff Events
Information Systems has finalized plans to kickoff the Jenzabar EX implementation with the first round of "training trips" beginning in October, 2007. February 2009 has been targetted as the "go-live" date for the new Windows-based system from Jenzabar to replace the AS400-based system currently used by EMU.
During the last week of September 2007 Don Bomberger, Project Manager from Jenzabar will present a series of overview sessions for various campus constituencies. These include:
Overview for President's Cabinet:
* Tue, 9/25, 2:00-3:30pm
Training for Module Managers:
* Wed, 9/26, 8:30am-12:30pm
* Fri, 9/28, 2:00-5:00pm
Overview for entire campus community:
* Thu, 9/27, 9:00-11:00am, Science Center 106
The overview session for the entire campus is open to everyone and is intended to provide a description of the implementation process and what various campus community constituencies can expect as the implementation proceeds.
Attendance at the Overview for President's Cabinent and Training for Module Managers is by invitation. The current module manager assignments are as follows:
