Computer Lab Administration Procedure

Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to document how the computer labs are administered.

Policy Statement

Information Systems manages all computers labs by installing the same image on all computers (specific to OS). This allows students to access the same software from any lab. All windows computers have been “frozen”. This means that when it is rebooted, the computer will return to its original state. Any files saved to the hard drive will disappear when the computer is rebooted.

Department Lab:
