Equipment setup on campus by LR personnel

Equipment setup requests must be made 48 hours in advance and requests should be made between 9 am and 4 pm. Call Alison D'Silva at x4269 Monday through Friday. Be sure to include the following information:

• Place
• Time for setup and duration of class or event
• Equipment needs, including network access, zip drive
• Contact name and phone number

LR cannot guarantee the availablitiy of some equipment due to limited quantity. Last minute requests will be handled on a staff and equipment available basis.

Learning Resources provides videotaping of classes and events on campus. For events like the Suter Science Seminar, Writers Read it is necessary to obtain permission from speakers in order to reproduce the recordings. Event planners should have speakers sign the Permission form for Video or Audio Recording of Guest Speaker or Performer. You can print a copy of the form from this link.

Equipment loans and rentals

Equipment loans and rentals must be made 48 hours in advance and must be picked up during LR hours. Depending on type of use there may be a charge to use equipment. For reservations and prices call Alison D'Silva at x4269 Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.

LR cannot guarantee the availablity of some equipment due to limited quantity. Last minute requests will be handled on a staff and equipment available basis.

• Audio/Video tape copying
• Video tape conversion (International to US and vice versa)
