"Focus on Psychiatry in Australia" is the title of the article. The title of the journal is British Journal of Psychiatry. Even though "Focus on Psychiatry in Australia" was in bold print, making it stand out from the rest of the text, it is not the title of the journal.
This is a very important distinction!
If you don't know the title of the journal, you won't be able to determine if your library has the article. The first step in locating an article when you already have the citation is to identify the title of the journal (which means about the same thing as periodical).
Please go back to the sample to look at how the journal title and article title are displayed.
