"Creating Connection in Couple Therapy: The New Science of Love and Bonding" training was presented by Sue Johnson, Ed.D. on March 31, 2011 prior to the Eastern Mennonite University "Conversations on Attachment" conference in Harrisonburg, Va. The pre-conference training was sponsored by the EMU MA in Counseling Program's Institute for Experiential Therapies. Emotionally focused couple therapy (EFT) offers a unique perspective on how to use the power of emotion and the new science of adult attachment to create significant, lasting change in couple relationships.
