Images and Graphics
- Open Dreamweaver and click "Site" at the top (next to File / Edit / View and other commands).
- Select "Manage Sites" and a site box will pop up in the center of your screen.
- Select "New" and then select "Site."
- Click the "Advanced" tab at the top of the site box.
- Fill out the "Site name" field ... 'emu web files' will be fine, for example.
- Click "Remote Info" in the Category list to the left.
- Select "FTP" in the drop-down Access list.
- Your "FTP host" is www.emu.edu.
- Leave the "Host directory" field blank.
- Your login is your network username and password. Remember, all lower-case letters.
- Check the "Save" box next to the password field.
- Checkmark the "Use Secure FTP (SFTP)" option.
- Make sure there is NO checkmark next to the "Enable file check in/check out" option.
- Click "Test." (If you receive an error please check your password and try again. If you receive another error, please call the Helpdesk at x4357.)
- Click "OK."

Click "Done."
- Click "Edit" at the top of the Dreamweaver screen (near File/Edit/View).
- Click "Preferences."
- Click " New Document" in the left-hand list and select "HTML" in the first drop-down box (for Default).
- Click "OK" and begin your web work!
