Services
Our office is here to help design and print your publications. Our graphic designers can also guide you through the proper steps in creating your own print piece and finding an appropriate copying and printing service. To begin a request, fill out the Print Request Form.
The on-campus print shop is a valuable resource. Be sure to review the on-campus publicity guidelines and the EMU editorial style guide (for text, graphics and the web pages) before working on or distributing your own pieces.
Web
Our office works closely with Information Systems through a Web Work Team to manage, implement and design content on the EMU website. Many university departments and offices have "web curators" who maintain and/or develop department-related web pages. Curators should be familiar with the university's official web design standards, editorial style guide, and color guide.
Anyone with comments or in need of assistance regarding the web site should e-mail webdesk@emu.edu or use the web request form. The information goes to Marcy Gineris, web content manager, who processes it within the department.
Photos
Although not a photography service, our department can supply pictures for EMU publications or web pages. Call Lindsey Roeschley (x4634) to request a photo, to review our stock of EMU photos, or for help repurposing images.
