EMU's MBA program is characterized by a commitment to encouraging the development of business leaders for our community with the highest ethical standards and level of competency. We emphasize values-based decision-making, professional leadership with compassion, and has a very practical orientation.

Our program currently has more than 40 active students. Local businesses play a key role in making this program a success by:

  1. recommending students with strong leadership potential, and
  2. in many cases, by offering tuition reimbursement for the student, their employee.

Designed with the working professional in mind, the EMU MBA develops a perspective that advances the common good for all stakeholders in business and promotes high ethical standards, stewardship, and peacebuilding.

MBA students join cohorts who take their core classes together one night a week. Classes are delivered in a variety of formats including lecture, case study, and group discussion. The MBA is normally completed in two and a half years.
