Masters in Nursing Leadership and Management

We’re building on the quality nursing education already offered at EMU. Join our masters level program, designed for working nurses who need to maintain family commitments, stay in the same area, and remain on the job while developing leadership and management skills.

You’ll build skills to become a responsive leader who functions in diverse settings. You’ll be academically prepared for either the Nurse Executive Board Certification Exam (ANCC) or the Certified Nurse Manager and Leader Exam (AONE) if you wish to pursue certification.

Cross-discipline learning

EMU professors and graduates are well-known for their expertise in cross-cultural learning, peacebuilding, and local and international development.

You’ll connect with other graduate students and professors working in conflict transformation, nonprofit entrepreneurial management, Master of Science in Nursing, and more, helping you to hone your own world view and transform inadequate health care systems from a social justice framework.
