EMU to Discuss Homosexuality Issues

Eastern Mennonite University will hold an educational forum on the much-debated issue of homosexuality 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10 in Strite Auditorium on ground floor of the Campus Center.

Panelists will include Dr. Enos Martin, professor of psychiatry at Penn State University College of Medicine, Hershey, Pa; Bill Taylor, executive director of Day Seven Ministries; Dr. Carl Keener, professor emeritus of biology, Penn State University; and Nancy Freyberg, executive director of Parents' and Kids' Foundation.

The speakers will present a variety of views on the subject, including the biological aspects and whether one's sexual orientation can change.

The event will be facilitated by EMU’s University Accord and is sponsored by the EMU student organization Safe Place.
