The Eastern Mennonite University music department will host a concert with guest artists from the University of North Carolina at Greenboro 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, in Martin Chapel of the seminary
building at EMU.

UNCG music faculty members Robert Wells, baritone, and Andrew Harley, pianist, will perform Franz Schubert's song cycle "Winterreise." This set of poems by Wilhelm Müller tells the tale of a lover's journey in
winter.

Robert Wells is an assistant professor of voice at UNCG, where he teaches studio voice and vocal pedagogy. He also serves on the faculty of the Schlern International Music Festival in Voels am Schlern, Italy. He
holds a B.M degree in voice from the State University of New York College at Fredonia. He received an M.M. in voice and is currently completing the D.M.A. degree program at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.

Andrew Harley is an associate professor and director of the Accompanying Program in the School of Music at UNCG. He received B.A. and M.A. degrees from Oxford University, the Artist Diploma from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and a D.M.A from the University of Southern California.

Admission to the program is a suggested donation of $8 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the EMU Music Department Scholarship Fund.
