Michelle now lives in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario and works at the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement (CPA) at the University of Waterloo. The CPA is a hub for peace research, innovation, and art, and catalyzes collaboration amongst its peace partners locally and globally. Michelle continues to be involved in restorative justice and provides mediation services for a local restorative justice agency. Michelle co-teaches a course on Restorative Justice at the University of Waterloo and co-authored The Little Book of Restorative Justice and Sexual Abuse in 2013 with two other EMU alumni.
