Bob Davis has 35 years of experience in leadership, management, instruction and training as a teacher and non-profit manager. He is an instructor at Eastern Mennonite University where he teaches classes in organization behavior, change management, organizational leadership, group dynamics and team building. In addition to his leadership and teaching experience, Bob has 20 years of experience in facilitating strategic planning initiatives, conferences and meetings for non-profit organizations. He also serves on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations in his community. Bob is a resident of Pendleton County, West Virginia.
