Terry Whitmore

Terry Whitmore has taught as a major professor in EMU’s Adult Degree Completion Program since it’s inception in 1995. His primary teaching focus is with business related courses, which includes Advertising, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Marketing and Consumer Behavior. In addition, he has taught marketing and advertising courses in the traditional business department at EMU, James Madison University and Blue Ridge Community College. With over 15 years of experience working in his family business at E & M Auto Paint & Supply Corporation, and numerous other career ventures, Terry brings a broad array of business background knowledge to the classroom. Terry and his wife, Jennifer, along with their Balinese cat, Eli, reside in Harrisonburg. He also enjoys motorcycle riding with a passion – when he has spare time!
