Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 2013

On January 21 EMU celebrated the MLK Jr. Day of Service and Learning with community building and service activities. There were discussions and chapel with Shane Claiborne of The Simple Way, a community lunch downtown, a walking tour of the first black settlement in Harrisonburg, conversations with community members who remembered Dr. King, and more.
