Building the Dream
The Commission for the Sciences consists of prominent leaders who share a common interest in the continuing success of EMU’s programs in pre-professional health, nursing, environmental science, chemistry, biology, physics and mathematics.
These leaders are willing to share their expertise and lend their influence and support to open doors to funding entities such as federal and state government sources, individuals, corporations, and foundations that have a vested interest in producing qualified science graduates through EMU. The Campaign Steering Committee consists of EMU alumni and friends who have joined together as volunteer leaders. Their credibility and passion for EMU aid the university in securing the resources. The Steering Committee assisted in the successful completion of a $2.41 million effort for the renovation of Phase II of the University Commons. Learn more
