Additional Information on Summer Institute Tracks
Worship Track
The Worship track focuses on crafting and facilitating spiritually formative and transformative worship. Participants explore, engage, create and lead gathered worship that is rooted in the Word, attentive to the Holy Spirit, and conscious of what is happening in the church, community and world.
Youth and Young Adult Track
The Youth and Young Adult track assists participants in their understanding of and their ministry with youth and young adults. Student learn various ways to engage the spiritual lives of youth and young adults, while also considering their stage of faith development.
Individual and Congregational Track
The Congregational and Individual track offers guidance for the intentional process of helping persons pay attention to God's presence and work in their own lives, and the lives of others. Lectures, discussion, and the experience of group and one-on-one soul car, form the basis for mutual learning as we attend to the spiritual growth and formation of the body of Christ. Participants may choose either congregational or one-on-one spiritual direction as their focus.
