Peer Conflict and Restorative Justice Facilitator

Peer Conflict and Restorative Justice (RJ) facilitators will provide assistance to the office of SARJ by co-facilitating restorative justice processes. Facilitators are responsible for advocating for students' needs and rights during an RJ process. Facilitators will assist with conflict management, pre-conference/ pre-circle meetings, and follow up accountability plans. Facilitators are in charge of the general administration of RJ community building/prevention practices, accountability processes, and community education.
