Publicity and Posting Guidelines for Campus

ALL posters, flyers and other information must be approved at the student life office, stamped with the date and posted by student life work-study students. The information will then be posted at appropriate locations around campus.

No flyer or poster larger than 11”x17” should be posted.

If the announcement is sponsored by an EMU department or office, the name of that office should appear on the print piece.

If the announcement is sponsored by an EMU-recognized club, the name of that club AND it’s advisor should appear on the print piece.

Any posted announcement that does not comply with these guidelines will be removed and discarded.
- 19 EMU announcements are needed to cover campus excluding the residence halls.
- 52 EMU announcements are needed to cover campus including the residence halls.
- 13 non-EMU announcements are needed to cover campus excluding the residence halls.
- 46 non-EMU announcements are needed to cover campus including the residence halls.

appropriate section)

This information does not need to be approved by student life.
Job postings:
Contact the financial assistance office to
be included on their bulletin board across from the helpdesk which displays information on job opportunities.
