Acting on Aids Week, a SMIG event from Fall 07
The Mission Commission:
- provides a place to discuss, encourage, and grow a desire for missions.
- provides leadership for the Student Mission Interest Group (SMIG).
- coordinates a campus awareness or mission project each semester.
SMIG members engage in conversation about mission experiences, pray together for our world, talk with missionaries, and encourage each other to learn about issues in our world today.
A group from SMIG attended the Urbana '07 Missions Confrerence.
