Summer 2013 Classes

- Vinyasa Yoga
Thursday evenings 5 – 6 pm
Starting: July 11
Instructor: Taylor Evans
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that combines movement with breathing, power and balance, strength and flexibility, concentration and relaxation. All levels are welcome.
Offered for 6 weeks. Sign up at the Fitness Center.
Cost $10/EMU Student, $25 EMU Faculty/Staff, $35 Community Member, Prices are for the entire course. You may purchase a single day pass for $7.

-Basic Self Defense for Females
September 14 and 21
10 am to noon

This two week course is designed to teach basic self-defense moves to help females defend against potential attacks. The course involves instruction, demonstration, and practice time. Open to females of any age or skill. Held in the Group Exercise Room.
