Get ready to get moving! This invigorating vinyasa (flow) based class is designed to spark you inner fire and empower you physically and mentally. Accessible for anyone who is willing to step on their mat and show up.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that combines movement with breathing, power and balance, strength and flexibility, concentration and relaxation. All levels are welcome.

-Fitness With Faith
Fitness with Faith Total Body Strength Training and CORE Conditioning:
Fridays from 6 – 7 AM – Taught by Faith Evans, Pastor and Certified
Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise.
All are welcome to these uplifting and motivating classes, which are designed for
beginners as well as for those who struggle to be consistent with their exercise
program. Classes includes: strength training with upper and lower body bands, low
impact cardiovascular intervals, CORE conditioning, body prayer and shared reflection.
Classes begin the first week in September. The cost is $85 for 10 classes. Please
