- Yogalates — Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15 -6:15PM – Taught by certified and fan favorite Jennine Carrier, this popular version of yoga will be offered for 8 weeks starting on Tuesday May 8th. For all levels of experience and fitness.
- Yogaflex — Wednesdays 12:15 – 1:00PM
- Enjoy the benefits of yoga during lunch. The class will consist of basic yoga poses, stretching and relaxation. Reduce your stress, gain more flexibility and build strength. For all levels of experience, understanding that each person works at his/her own limits. Dress comfortably. Taught by certified and fan favorite Jennine Carrier! Offered for 8 weeks starting on Wednesday May 9th.
- Zumba — Mondays 4:45 – 5:45PM – “Join the Party” This is a fun and exciting high-octane dance class moving to the beat of the latin culture. Taught by certified Zumba instructor Julianne Ross. Offered for 6 weeks and starts on Monday May 7th.
- Jazzercise — *NEW TO THE FITNESS CENTER* Classes are offered the following times: Mondays 6:45-7:45PM – Tuesdays 6:45-7:45PM – Fridays 6:45-7:45PM. This international craze is going on right now! When you love yourworkout, results come easy! That’s why every Jazzercise group fitnessclass blends jazz dance, Pilates, kickboxing movements and strengthtraining into fun dance routines set to today’s hottest music. This combination of dance-based cardio, strength training and stretching helps to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. Taught by Certified jazzercise Instructor Betsy Dean. All ages and fitness levels welcome! Open to the community! It is open enrollment so come on by!
