Hours and Appointments

The Health Center office hours are 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday – Friday. The center is closed for lunch daily from 12 -1 p.m., and closed for chapel on Wednesdays from 10 – 10:30 a.m. and Fridays from 10 – 10:45 a.m.

Walk-in appointments are available Monday – Friday, from 1-3 p.m. for acute injury or illness. Appointments must be scheduled for routine immunizations, physicals, and all other issues that are not acute. Call 540-432-4317 (x4317 on campus) or e-mail to schedule a time.

The Health Center is only open during the fall and spring semesters. There are no summer hours.

Rockingham Memorial Hospital ER – 689-1414

Directions: Turn right onto Route 42 South. Turn left on Maryland Avenue, which becomes Port Republic Road. Travel approx. 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Stone Spring Road (new road). Turn right onto Reservoir Street, which becomes Health Campus Drive. Take your insurance card with you.

Cooks Creek Walk-in Clinic – 433-3889

Please call ahead to make certain they are available as they open late or close early on occasion.

Directions: Take Route 42 South towards Dayton. Cooks Creek Clinic is located in a blue/grey house just past the Super Wal-Mart on your right.
Hours: 9-4 Monday – Friday
Fee: $50 due at time of visit. Can be paid with cash, check, or credit card.
