The WCSC House

The new facility boasts 5,000 square feet of finished space.
In January of 2006, WCSC moved its program to a fully remodeled facility located in the Brookland Neighborhood. Only four blocks away from Cathloic University as well as a metro stop, this once four-unit apartment building now serves as a beautiful home for the Washington Community Scholars' Center.
The house is equipped with a washer/dryer and basic furnishings. Students have access to three computers, two bikes and a car, which is used for house shopping needs and carpooling to university and internships. Students may bring their own computers. Students are encouraged to forgo the use of a personal car in the city and take public transportation, walk or bike.
