Tammy has more than twenty years of public accounting experience in the area of federal and state taxation with individual and fiduciary taxation as her primary expertise. Her professional focus was providing personalized service to high net worth clients with sophisticated financial structures. Tammy joined the EMU faculty in 2016 after a 10-year teaching career in the New England area.

Tammy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at the University of Houston where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She graduated from Bryant University in 1995 with a Masters of Science in Taxation. She is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the American Accounting Association. She has three adult children and lives in Broadway, Virginia with her husband Andy.
