General Guidelines

  • Complete an application for facility use, including proof of liability insurance (PDF)
  • Fees: Room $100.00 per half day, $150.00 per full day, $25.00 additional for Technology or wireless.
  • Set-up and clean-up are the responsibility of the Lessee. Room configuration is to be returned to the way it was found or for an additional $25 fee EMU staff will set-up and clean-up.
  • Coffee, Tea and bottled water are included
