David has spent most of his adult life working in emergency services, he has a clear understanding of what is involved in that realm of operations. He brings to his role at EMU a genuine concern and interest in seeing that both those that use, and reside on campus are provided with a safe and secure environment. David has a diverse background in fire safety, emergency planning, employee safety and criminal justice.
