Eastern Mennonite Seminary is located at 1181 Smith Ave., Harrisonburg, VA on the campus of Eastern Mennonite University. A group discount of is available to persons from the same congregation registering together. The first person pays the full price and the others receive a $25 discount per person.
Before noon on November 15, 2014, cancellations will be refunded in full. After that date $30 of the registration fee will be non-refundable until noon on January 7, 2015. No refunds will be made after January 7, 2015.

All registered participants are asked to check in between 5-6:45 p.m. on Monday, January 19, in the gathering area (second floor) of the seminary building. Packets and nametags will be distributed at that location. Late arrivals may pick up their packets on Tuesday morning.
Participants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements. See emu.edu/accommodations for a list of local hotels and inns. Karen Weaver, EMU guest house hostess, may be contacted for information on accommodation in a limited number of local homes at 540-432-4280 or . Rates are $30 per night single occupancy and $45 per night double occupancy. For those who stay in a local home a $5 booking fee is added.
Meals are available for purchase in the campus center dining hall located in Northlawn (dormitory); breakfast $6, lunch $7, dinner $8. The Royals Den Snack Shop, located in the University Commons, is open daily Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m. A local restaurant guide will be available in your registration packet.
A paved lot to the south of the seminary building (bordering Mt Clinton Pike) and a gravel lot on the east side of Smith Avenue are available to SLT participants, faculty and students. Please park only in designated spaces and allow room for others to move out.
