Eastern Mennonite University provides a unique learning experience that prepares students to serve and lead in a global context. Alumni carry this sense of global responsibility throughout their careers and lifetime, creating a positive impact that far exceeds their time on campus. It is an honor to have a role in that exchange of personal knowledge and awareness. I am pleased to serve the mission and vision of EMU.

Jasmine Hardesty joined EMU in 2015 as the Director of Planned Giving after having owned a private law practice in Broadway, Virginia. In private practice, she worked in the areas of estate planning, real estate and business law. Within those areas of law, she primarily worked with clients to assist them in preparing appropriate end-of-life documents, which allowed for their present and future financial security.

In her free time, she serves on the board and several committees of local non-profits and charitable organizations, advising on legal matters and fund development. She is married to Mr. Ashley David Driver, Director of Operations at Howell Metal in New Market, Virginia. Together they enjoy restoring their circa 1810 family farm and relishing life in the Shenandoah Valley.
