WELCOME
One of the values of CJP graduate programs is community. I am sure that you experienced that community through the warm hospitality you received when you arrived on campus and the relationships that you developed while studying at CJP. Another value is interconnectedness and right relationships. The interconnectedness should not only occur during your studies but also as you return to your home communities or begin to use your skills in new settings around the world. Part of that transition means grappling with the task of translating words and concepts into plans of action. Working for justice and building peace takes as many shapes as there are situations. Just as you brought your experience and your knowledge to the classes at CJP, I believe that your experiences and learning will continue to flesh out the field of Peacebuilding. Our hope is that this website is one avenue for continuing the web of interconnectedness so that graduates can continue to learn and share information long after graduation. We hope that you will share information about yourselves and your work, for opening the world-wide reach of CJP alumni to each other and to prospective students. Take time to check your own site and make sure it reflects your work (send corrections wherever needed). Then look for the sites of those who work in Lynn Roth |
Locating graduates by:Note about navigating the website:We have decided to arrange alumni by the country in which they are residing (living & working), so it may be difficult to find someone if they have recently moved. We have tried to provide an alphabetical listing by last name as well as geographical. Also a note about the thumbnail images (small photographs), you will need to close the thumbnail image before opening another one to view. We welcome your feedback (positive and negative), comments, and updates. Please send to cjpalumni@emu.edu. |
