Past Programs
In past years EMU’s cross-cultural programs have included study in a wide range of locations including Central America, the Middle East, Ireland, Lithuania, Austria, Germany, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Los Angeles and Native American reservations. Below you will find a list of programs that EMU offered last year and earlier. To read travel journals and see photo archives from these past programs, click on the Blog and Photos link on the left. You can also connect with previous cross-cultural participants through stories and recipes found on Cross Cultural Recipes , a 2012 senior seminar project.
Also, each semester students participate in the Washington Community Scholars’ Center, an internship program that combines on-the-job learning with intentional community and life in D.C.
