Just prior to joining The Early Learning Center Wonshé was a preschool teacher and parenting educator in the Denver Metro area for four years. She is practiced in Emergent, Play-Based, Reggio Emilia, Research-Based, and Waldorf curricula, as well as Democratic Education and creative movement. She is experienced in the philosophy and founding principles of restorative justice, and is a trained mediator. Because of her wide-ranging experience she appreciates the need to balance the practical and nurturing skills necessary to care for children. She is ever inspired by the call for creativity that this requires.
Staff

Rachel Diener, director of the Early Learning Center, teaches the four-year old class and has been at the center since 1993. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Goshen (Ind.) College and a Virginia Collegiate Professional License for teaching PreK through 6th grade.
