Judy Wilfong

Judy Wilfong earned a B.A. in Education from Bridgewater College, a M.Ed in Reading from James Madison University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Her dissertation work focused on discipline in the elementary school and included development of a school wide discipline plan. Judy retired from Rockingham County Public Schools after 31 years in education. She taught all grade levels 1-6, served as a Reading Specialist, and was an administrator in both elementary and middle school. Most recently she served as principal of Fulks Run Elementary which was cited as a Distinguished Title I School of Virginia for each of her last three years of service to that school.
