Rachel Whitmer

Rachel is a 14 year teaching veteran in Rockingham County Public Schools. She has taught classroom English and ESL at all levels, 6-12. She served on a state Department of Education writing standards committee, and also helped to set writing benchmarks for Rockingham County. Rachel completed her undergraduate studies at EMU in 1999 in English and German. She earned her MA in Education from EMU in 2013.
