On-Campus Housing Policy

Residence hall living fosters social and emotional development, so we require that full-time (at least 12 credit hours) single students live on campus unless they meet one of the following criteria:

• You are living with parents or legal guardians.
• You have earned 90 semester hours AND 21 years of age prior to September 1.
• You are (or will be) at least 23 years of age by September 1.
• You require specialized care prescribed by a medical doctor (documentation is required).

Living off-campus

Students who meet the off-campus living criteria may submit a request for off-campus housing.
