My cross cultural experience:

I have been to Haiti three times through Partner’s with Haiti and next fall I will be going to South Africa for my EMU cross cultural.

My favorite campus activity:

The fall of my freshman year I went to the Latino Student Alliance dance and before that they offered dance lessons – I went with my sister and it was a great experience and a lot of fun.

My favorite class at EMU (and why):

My favorite class at EMU was Introduction to Youth Ministry because the teacher was amazing, the class challenged me, and I learned a lot.

My favorite residence hall:

I LOVE LIVING IN ROSELAWN!!!!!! This year I am a ministry assistant and I was assigned a hall in Roselawn. Although I had heard a lot of negative things about the dorm, it has probably been my favorite place to live so far.

My favorite EMU memory so far:

The fall of my sophomore year my sister (who also attends EMU) and I went to a dance class sponsored by the Latino Student Alliance. It was a lot of fun to learn different hispanic influenced dances taught by professional dancers.
