Kris Martin-Baker, soprano, has performed in concert with the Goshen College Chamber Choir, the South Bend Chamber Choir, the Chamber Orchestra of the Rhine, the Winchester Musica Viva, the Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival, the Virginia Consort of Charlottesville, and Lynchburg College's Choral Union and Wind Symphony.
Her concert performances range from Bach to Bernstein and from Mozart to Mongolian art songs, including works by Orff, Schubert, Argento, Brahms, Berg, Handel and Mendelssohn.
Recent opera performances include Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance, Laetitia in The Old Maid and the Thief, and Mary Magdalen in The Pilgrim by Richard Proulx.
Kris lives with her family in the Lynchburg area of central Virginia and works at Lynchburg College.
