People around the world are working – some quietly and some not so quietly – for peace in their communities. Many come to EMU’s Summer Peacebuilding Institute (SPI) to learn skills and share ideas.

The 13th annual Summer Peacebuilding Institute will be held from May 5 to June 13, 2008. Three 7-day sessions and one 5-day session, each with six intensive courses running concurrently, are on the schedule. An interactive approach is used in the classroom to draw upon the rich experiences of the participants as well as the instructors.
