Next Step…

Call the Auxiliary Services Office at the number above. One of our trained event staff will assist you in finding a time and place for your event. We will also go over the inquiry form to help you find what you are looking for. If you like we can set a time for you to see our spaces.

Then….

Once you have decided which spaces you would like to go with, just let us know and we can get the ball rolling on your event. You will be assigned an event coordinator who will handle the details of your event. He or she will assist you in filling out the application form (PDF).

Please be sure to include the application fee of $25 when you return the application form.

To avoid conflicting instructions, select one person who will conduct all negotiations with EMU personel and make ALL arrangements and requests. This person is called the "contact."

ALL requests for equipment, meeting rooms, lodging, special meals, etc., are to be addressed to the event coordinator our office assigns to your event. Several weeks before your conference/event, all information will be handed off to a designated staff member who will handle the daily running of your conference/event with the assistance of other staff from our office.
