Washington Community Scholars' Center (WCSC)
Email: Krista Martin This study service program fulfills the EMU cross-cultural requirement, provides an internship in a student's area of interest or study, allows course work at local universities, and includes inter-disciplinary seminars. The study group of 10-12 students lives together in a house in Washington, D.C. Contact the Undergraduate Dean's Office if you are interested in visiting the program. Application review begins February 15. |

International Business Institute (IBI) E-mail: Spencer Cowles IBI is a 10-week program of business study in Europe. Twelve semester hours of credit may be earned in this summer program. |

Brethren Colleges Abroad (BCA) E-mail: Krista Martin BCA offers semester and year-long study abroad opportunities in France, Germany, Spain, Ecuador and Mexico for foreign language majors and minors. BCA also offers study abroad options that do not have a language prerequisite. These locations include China, Japan, India, Greece and England. Mennonite Service Programs Mennonite Central Committee offers an 11-month programs that will satisfy the EMU cross-cultural requirement: Service and Learning Together (SALT). Academic credit must be arranged in advance through the Academic Affairs Office. |
