		Online donation: please complete our secure online form to initiate a one-time donation via credit card.
		Monthly donation: donate on a monthly basis via credit or debit card by signing and returning our credit card authorization (pdf) or direct debit authorization (pdf) form. *EMU staff can use the payroll deduction (pdf) form.
		Mailed donation: please mail donations to the address listed below.
