POSITION: Vice President for Enrollment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Terminal degree preferred, Master’s degree required
- Administrative experience in higher education
- Marketing or advertising experience desired
- Supervisory and/or faculty experience desired
- Must have knowledge of the Mennonite church with a commitment to the mission of Mennonite/Anabaptist higher education
RESPONSIBILITIES: The vice president for enrollment oversees the undergraduate admissions and financial assistance processes. This position is responsible to coordinate retention and recruitment activities, discern the marketplace for undergraduate programs, and educate and motivate all persons at EMU concerning their role in student recruitment, retention, and communicating the EMU story.

POSITION DETAILS: Twelve-month, full-time position. Remuneration and benefits commensurate with experience and in accordance with the administrative pay scale.
BEGINNING DATE: August 1, 2010
