  <p><strong>About the LEAP365 Mentoring Program: </strong></p>
  <p> The <strong>LEAP365</strong> Mentoring Program is sponsored by <strong>Eastern Mennonite Seminary</strong> and other partnering agencies. The main purpose of the program is to: </p>
  <ul>
    <li> Encourage youth to consider leadership vocations in the church. </li>
    <li> Encourage and equip high school youth of the Mennonite Church (and others) for a life of public witness, committed service and bold peacemaking. </li>
    <li> Encourage, motivate and equip youth leaders to be effective in ministry within church and society. </li>
    <li> Foster global awareness, cultural sensitivity, missional vision and Christian commitment to public engagement. </li>
  </ul>
  <p><strong>LEAP365</strong> will select <strong>only 15</strong> participants to be part of an intentional mentoring program for a full year. The following criterion is used in our selection of participants: </p>
  <ul>
    <li> Participants most be either in <strong>10th or 11th school grade</strong>. </li>
    <li> Participants <strong>MUST</strong> be currently involved in some type of ministry within his/her home congregation. </li>
    <li> A <strong>mentor</strong> (preferably from within the congregation) needs to be suggested by participant and needs to be approved by both parents and local pastor. </li>
    <li> Participant <strong>must be willing</strong> to commit to this program and all activities involved in it for <strong>one full year</strong>. </li>
  </ul>

  <p>How do students get involved?</p>
  <ul>
    <li>To apply participants must fill out the application and send in the $150 dollar application fee </li>
    <li>Pastors need to fill out the nomination form. </li>
  </ul>
