  <h1>LEAP365 Requirements<br>

  <h3> Is LEAP365 for you?</h3>
  <p> &nbsp; The Ideal LEAP365 Participant is: &nbsp; &nbsp; </p>
  <ul>
    <li>A rising junior who will be in 11 th grade during the fall of 2009. Rising seniors or graduating seniors could be admitted into the program if willing to commit to the one year mentoring cycle. &nbsp;</li>
  <li> A young person who displays leadership potential within his/her home congregation. We hope this person is or has been involved already in some type of church ministry. &nbsp;</li>
  <li> A person willing to commit to the entire program for one full year. This includes:
    <ol>
      <li>Summer Cross-cultural Experience</li>
    <li>Fall Retreat </li>
    <li> 6 months of one-on-one mentoring experience</li>
    <li>Spring Retreat</li>
    <li>LEAP365 Internship/Service Experience and finally</li>
    <li> Graduation Banquet. &nbsp;</li>
    </ol>
    </li>
  <li>A person who is able to find a mentor (same gender) who will participate in the program along with him/her for one year. This mentor should be able to participate in items 2-5 listed above.  </li>
  <li> A person who has a network of meaningful spiritual/emotional support (church, pastor, relatives, friends, etc) &nbsp;</li>
  <li>A person who is willing to meet our  tuition requirement. &nbsp;</li>
  <li>A person who already has a valid passport or is ready to request one ASAP (new passports must be expedited!).  </li>
