  <h1>LEAP365 Summer Service Experience<br>

  <p> Participants will engage for 4-6 weeks in either an internship assignment within his/her home congregation or a service assignment with one of the Mennonite agencies available such as &quot;Door&quot; (MMN) or &quot;Youth Venture&quot; (VMC).</p>
  <p> LEAP365 Graduation:</p>
  <ul>
    <li> Mentor/Mentee will be invited to participate in a graduation banquet. This will happen during our 2008 LEAP365 Summer Cross-cultural Experience. </li>
    <li> This will be a time for recognition of our participant's achievements. Both, Mentors and Mentees will be given certificates of participation from EMS.</li>
