Cross Cultural experiences take place in May and last three weeks, including orientation and debriefing sessions before and after the experience. Domestic and international locations will be available to students.
Students will have the opportunity to observe the delivery of health care and education in under served populations. This life changing encounter will leave our students with a broader knowledge of the challenges many face in seeking quality health care, and how providers meet the needs of those people.
Summer Cross Culture trips for 2014 include: Kentucky, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Tanzania, and Panama.
