Logo Usage - Common Mistakes
Changing the color: Use of colors other than those in the prepared logos and seal is prohibited, as is the turning of a color image into grayscale.
Cropping out extra white space: Do not crop any of the images. Correct spacing has already been addressed in the official versions available for download.
Altering proportions: It is critical that the proportions of the logo and seal remain constant. If you need to change the size, be sure to do it by clicking and dragging on one of the four corners of the artwork, not by the border only. These are examples of distorted artwork:

Using only pieces of the logo or seal: Please use the logos and seal as a whole. For example, the sunburst element of the logo should never be used alone, and must always accompany the wordmark.
Overprinting: No type or graphic elements should overprint the logo or seal.
Combining with other graphics: Neither the logo nor seal should not be combined with other graphics to create another logo or mark.
