Web Publishing Guide
Web content editors are designated individuals who assist the marketing department in publishing and maintaining information on the web site. With just one university content manager maintaining our more than 12,500 pages, we can spend just 8.5 minutes per page per year, not counting emails, phone calls, and meetings. Clearly, we need your help!
It is important that departmental web editors are involved in the initial publishing process and also active maintainers of their content. They must be familiar with best practices and writing for the web and also the standard content design for all EMU programs.
